Discount Tents Information
All You Need to Know About Getting Discount Tents
I just bought a 9X9 Kirsch-Weis tent at a yard sale. no instructions where can I get some?
I’m not even sure it has all it’s poles. It’s an older model / I’d say somewhere in the late 70′s-80′s models.
I can’t seem to find any info online anywhere.
I think you may be struggling there!
Good quality tents usually have seasons like designer handbags…
Each year there are advancements in technology and science which some broght boffin figures out how to incorporate into a tent in order to make it more weatherproof or lighter or more durable etc.
This is great from an outdoors perspective because the advancements can only increase the simplicity of the outdoor experience.
The downside however is that if you want parts for a 20 – 30 year old tent, there have been that many changes in the designs over the years that it can be dam near impossible to get parts and things.
Id recomment trying to join a camping forum or an outdoors forum and put up a post asking what you want to know.
With any luck you may find a guy who’s still got his old one gathering dust in the attic and he can let you know if anythings missing and maybe even photocopy the instructions for you.
Generally speaking though, tents arent that hard to put up.
Have you tried building it up yourself just using trial and error.
You will more than likely be able to work it out and you can just take notes for future reference if you needed to.
Good luck!
